I can hardly believe that our journey in the Aspiring Leadership Program at Haworth has come to an end. It has been an honor to share this experience with the best team I could ask for, The Tomorrow Team, to my fellow teammates: Ashley Baker, Holly McKitrick, Nishtha Bali, Manon Lamiche, Gina Nist, Pier Paolo Cassanelli, James Meirndorf, and Mike Dampier. The thought of not gathering for our weekly meetings on Mondays has already left a void in my heart. Our time together has been nothing short of inspiring and transformative.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Claudia Wilkinson and Bill Altena for the wonderful opportunity to teach the PowerPoint tips and tricks and the approach I take to design, which I’ve affectionately dubbed “the Juan of a Kind Approach 😊”. I am truly humbled by the knowledge, skills, and insights I have gained during this program. It’s not just the curriculum that made this program exceptional; it’s also the encouragement, support, and inspiration I received that truly made it unforgettable.

I was among the 34 individuals selected from a pool of 156 global applicants.

I have learned so much from my fellow participants as well. The collaborative environment fostered during the program allowed me to connect with like-minded individuals, and I'm grateful for the relationships and friendships that have developed through this journey.

I promise to carry forward the lessons I've learned and the values I've gained from this program in my future endeavors. Your belief in me and my potential has been a tremendous source of motivation.
